Subprocessors

1. Overview

Better Cards uses the subprocessors below to host, deliver, and support ComfortOS. This list may change; material additions will be updated on this page.

2. Current Subprocessors

Infrastructure and platform:

• Cloud infrastructure provider — application hosting, database, object storage, and backups (United States).
• Email delivery provider — transactional email and security notifications.
• Redis / queue provider — background job processing and caching.

3. Customer-Enabled Integrations

When you connect optional integrations, data may be processed by those providers under your agreement with them, including:

• QuickBooks / Intuit — accounting sync.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Telnyx — SMS and AI phone voice.
• Wisetack, GreenSky, Synchrony, Service Finance — consumer financing partners (as enabled).
• Local AI / Ollama or configured LLM endpoints — AI features when enabled by tenant.

Enterprise customers with a signed DPA may subscribe to subprocessor change notifications by contacting [email protected].
