Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) supplements the Terms of Service and applies to all users of ComfortOS workspaces powered by Better Cards.

2. Permitted Uses

You may use ComfortOS to:

• Manage HVAC and related home-services operations for your contracting business.
• Store customer, job, equipment, and compliance records for legitimate service delivery.
• Send transactional and marketing communications where you have obtained required consent.
• Integrate with approved accounting, payment, and communications providers.

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Violate any applicable law, including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, EPA regulations, or contractor licensing rules.
• Upload malware, attempt to probe or breach Better Cards infrastructure, or bypass tenant isolation.
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against individuals through platform communications.
• Misrepresent your identity, impersonate another tenant, or resell access without authorization.
• Mine or scrape the service except through documented APIs within rate limits.
• Store special-category personal data unrelated to service delivery without appropriate safeguards and legal basis.
• Use AI-generated outputs as sole basis for safety-critical decisions without human review.

4. Enforcement

Better Cards may investigate suspected violations, remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate access. We may report unlawful activity to authorities when required.
