Better Cards is committed to making ComfortOS accessible to dispatchers, office staff, and field technicians, including users who rely on assistive technologies.

We aim to conform with WCAG 2.1 Level AA for core workflows including login, dispatch, customer search, job details, and field job completion.

2. Measures We Take

Our accessibility program includes:

• Semantic HTML and ARIA labels on interactive controls.
• Keyboard navigability for primary dashboard flows.
• Sufficient color contrast in default themes, including tenant-branded workspaces.
• Responsive layouts for tablet and mobile field use.
• Automated and manual testing as part of release QA.
